HIV/AIDS
HIV/AIDS is one of the most deadly disease and has not been curable but there is treatment. It attacks the bodies immune system and make the body weak so it can't fight infections. People with HIV/AIDS can still live a long life like others with chronic diseases. HIV and AIDS can be spread with the sharing of needle, oral sex, and sexual intercourse. Others with sexual transmitted diseases have an increased chance in getting HIV or AIDS. Babies can get the disease through birth. and breast feeding. HIV is the infection that leads to AIDS. HIV can have no or few symptoms before AIDS become present.
